MARIAS DIP

No doubt there are desserts with which we can succeed among the smallest of the house and lacrema of graham crackers and candy is one of them. This is a recipe that my hostess gift Thermomix and I've adapted to prepare, but do not own it, cooking it so easy to fire.


To enjoy it you have to be patient and wait a little while to curdle in the fridge, but then we'll have a glass full of caramel flavor and the unmistakable touch of those classic cookies that almost everyone likes.


Ingredients for Eight cups
Marie biscuits 120g

100 g sugar

30 g of caramel

500 g of cream

500 g of milk

3/4 of an envelope of curd

8 cookies more for garnish (optional)


Making cream and caramel graham crackers
We start grinding with a grinder or food processor cookies until very finely crushed, if you have no equipment to do so you can put them in a bag of frozen resistant and crush well with a rolling pin.


Place the biscuit powder, sugar, caramel, cream, milk and curd powder in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. We heat, stirring the preparation over medium heat until boiling, we keep cooking with lower heat and stirring for eight minutes.


Pour the cream into individual cups and garnish if we want to some biscuit meterenmos in the cream before it sets. We went to the refrigerator and let it sets for two hours minimum.

Tasting
Halfway between a pudding and custard, this cream graham crackers and candy is so easy to prepare that even they can help in much of the recipe. And if you are greedy espolvoreéis I recommend a little sugar on the surface and requeméis with a kitchen torch to give a crunch bonus.
